It’s 4th of July tomorrow! Independence day! We’re half way thru the year already, that went by quickly I think.
Earlier this week my girls really wanted me to paint with them outside! I haven’t painted since I was in college (and Art school) but I tried to get out my inner Bob Ross and paint some “happy little trees”
This is the view from where we were sitting, the proportions might be off, but it was fun!
I put these two pictures on IG and got a comment from someone saying she didn’t like my blog post rant from two weeks ago about masks! Thanks for that – if you don’t like me or what I say, don’t follow me, it’s that simple.

How fun to paint with your daughters! It looks great to me. Lots of beautiful quilts you’ve created! As for negative comments, it’s the nature of social media. People can disagree, but they don’t have to be rude about it.
