2021 project list week 25

As you may have noticed, I haven’t posted much this week.

I attended a homeschool conference online one day, one day we also took Anja to another dentist appointment (last one and I’m NEVER going back to that pediatric dentist!- long story, but we weren’t allowed inside the office except for the first time because of covid and even she had to wear a mask the previous times too- sure that makes sense when she’s going to take it off and the dentist is going to work on her teeth in her mouth!! I never understood that logic) So while we couldn’t be in the office and wait, we walked around and there is a cafe near by we walked into- I’ve gone there before, but now with the mask mandate lifted for vaccinated people I walked in there without a mask and they asked if I had a mask, they looked for one for me and didn’t have one so they asked me to leave! so I did! -and they are not allowed to ask if I’m vaccinated or not btw! I had my other kids with me so I wasn’t going to cause a scene!! My teenager had a mask and got a coffee drink though!! Even though Sonja who’s 8 was in there too without a mask! all the stores near there had big signs saying you have to wear a mask even if vaccinated, unbelievable! And when I got back to get Anja and paid for her services there was a sign saying that the office can now administer the vaccine even if you’re not a patient there! They are not a doctor’s office but a dentist office!! and on kids???with an untested vaccine that’s obviously causing a lot of harm on young people who BTW have a 99.9997% chance of surviving Covid, if they get it! Oh I’m so done with this!

So the reason why I had all the kids with me was that there’s a mall sort of near by and we haven’t been in YEARS! probably since my friends were here from Denmark 3 summers ago!? Solveig actually bought some clothes and we had a good time there, didn’t get kicked out of anywhere without wearing masks, most employees wore masks and the mall patrons it was split pretty down the middle.

Friday I went Kayaking with a friend and brought Bjorn along, he’s been working full time at food lion since he got back from college and now finally had a few days off, so we kayaked and had lunch together. Today the youth group at our church are going hiking and swimming all day!

Oh, and I got a box of patterns! to sell in person- don’t know where yet but I wanted to get the paper patterns ordered! I actually am going to apply to sell on Amazon!? we’ll see if it works.

and the weather is just perfect lately so we’re spending more time outside!
