This week there’s two pretty easy blocks both in dark red and white
Still the blocks are 6″ finished and this time like last week you’ll need the QUBE corners also
with die #10 and dark red cut (4) signature blocks (see rotary notes from last week’s post about signature blocks)
grab (8) white #5 triangles already cut (2 3/8″ triangles)
sew signature blocks- EASY PEASY!
and then sew these together into a big X (is that a HUG? in XOXO)

The next block is Maine and it’s easy too!
This is made with the QUBE angles 6″ set
with shape #13 and dark red cut (4) triangles (EQ is telling me to cut 3 3/4″ squares and then cut the triangle 63 degrees to the middle, maybe you have a triangle in a square ruler or some sort of other gadget that can get you 3 1/2″ -3″ finished triangle in a square blocks!?)
with #14 and white cut (24) side triangles (4 1/4″ x 2 1/8″ rectangles cut diagonally- I haven’t tested if it works)
Sew triangle in a square blocks like this
Then stack them together like this to make the block!
