We’re still at phase 2.5 and kids are still at home.
Our governor had announced that elementary schools should open with plan B mid October if at all possible, then the school board voted this week and decided to keep it plan C with online learning until Jan 15th! so say I’m upset, is an under statement!
The other day I used my owl Accuquilt die and construction paper and had Anja play with the different colors and make different owls.
Hubby and I did a little project too, I think this is #3 microwave oven that has died on us and we finally had enough, they don’t last a long time and hanging over the stove, the suction is not great, so we took it down.
and installed a hood (and later Dan installed the exhaust pipe thingy in the cabinet) it works GREAT now!!
and we got a table top microwave now instead. The next step is to fill in the ugly space by the backsplash.
and Solveig and I did more clay stuff in week 2 of class, I turned a few more pots/bowls
Solveig molded this mouse (?) it’s hollow inside
I then tried something hollow as well it ended up being a ball, then I added stuff and now I think I want to cut it and make it a bowl and lid, we’ll see if it works out in the next class.
