Are we on week 4 or 5 now of staying home? I forget…..
My mom in Denmark has now been admitted to the hospital- long story, it’s not good news, but there’s nothing I can do from here other than message a social worker on FB who I met last August there and we’re now FB friends so I can stay in contact and see what’s going on with my mom.
My mask orders have slowed down a lot, so I’ve been able to catch up on my own projects.
Bjorn is still on track to graduate high school and early college in May, but without a ceremony I guess.
Solveig is doing fine too, she misses her friends- and I found out she has a boyfriend! that gotta be hard
Sonja’s school switched everything to online too which is better so the teacher can check her work and they can Zoom too
My husband is working from home still, it still kinda sucks for him with our not-so-fast internet, but I think we’re all adjusting.
Here’s my 2020 Project list

I counted that I made 145 masks!
Here’s my fabric shelf before and after
and I dug into FQs too not shown and several UFO bins where I had a project in mind but didn’t cut anything yet so I dug out those fabrics too. (Now I don’t feel bad charging for the masks) (I donated some too, but hubby said I gotta recoup the fabric cost too and time of course)
So sorry to hear about your mom; it must be especially hard being so far away. I’m glad you were able to meet someone who can help keep you informed from a distance.
All of your quilts and projects are just lovely !! I only have ONE question – how do you get so many quilts marked off as DONE in a month? Just curious – I don’t have children at home and can hardly get anything done in a year….
assembly work! I work on several things at once then it seems like they go together quickly!
