I finally got around to quilting this BIG boy (though I still have to finish the 12″ version, but it’s quilted, just needs the binding)
I am thinking this is the last quilt I’ll have to do on the Funquilter, at least that’s my goal, I’ll just stack up tops ready for my new machine!
Remember how I showed that I quilted most of this and then I ran out of backing ON the frame!
someone commented to trim the sides and add to the bottom, so that’s what I finally did! and I figured I needed to hurry to finish it so it’s quilted with the same machine on the whole thing.
When I did a customer’s quilt recently she sent me a picture that she wanted duplicated in “my version” with flowers and open leaves and my pointy swirls, so my own quilt was my “test” and then I did hers.
The quilt measures 70″ x 84″
